Conditions of Booking

The completed registration form must be returned to the Conference Secretariat accompanied by the full payment. FORMS RECEIVED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Applications for registration CANNOT be accepted by telephone. Delegates who register after 17 June will not necessarily receive a delegate wallet, book of abstracts or other conference papers.

All payments must be made in sterling by one or more of the following: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard); Maestro; UK cheque; international bank draft drawn in sterling on a UK bank; bank transfer*.

All cheques and bank drafts must be made payable to ‘The Association of Coloproctology of GB & I Annual Meeting’.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer contact the Secretariat for bank account details.

Delegates paying by bank transfer must send a copy of the remittance slip, clearly indicating the name and address of the sender and details of payment. Where a remittance is to cover more than one delegate, all names must be stated. Please note that all charges due on bank transfers must be paid by the registrant.

Any amendment to or cancellation of the registration must be made in writing or by fax or email to the Secretariat and state name and address of the sender. Refunds for cancelled registrations will be made as follows: Up to 25 May 2007- 90% refund; After 25 May 2007- no refund. The date of the postmark or fax or email will be used as the basis for considering refunds and such payments will be made after the conference.
